Shipping Policy

Cyprus & Greece

  • Standard Delivery (ACS Couriers): 1–2 business days
  • Orders are delivered either directly by LaFit or via ACS Couriers.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

European Union & United Kingdom
Including Italy, France, Spain, Germany & other EU member states

    • Express Delivery (DHL Express): 2–3 business days
    • Economy Delivery (Cyprus Post Registered Mail): approx. 14 business days

    Middle East

    United Arab Emirates, Lebanon & selected destinations

    • Express Delivery (DHL Express): 3–5 business days
    • Economy Delivery (Cyprus Post Registered Mail): approx. 14 business days

    International Duties & Taxes
    Duties and VAT are calculated at checkout. Import fees vary by country depending on the value and composition of the goods, as well as local customs regulations. While not all orders will incur charges, customers are responsible for being aware of applicable duties in their country to avoid unexpected costs.


    Additional Shipping Information

    Courier Responsibility
    Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, LaFit is no longer able to change, cancel, or accelerate the delivery. Unexpected delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other local disruptions outside our control.

    Failed Deliveries
    LaFit cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, missing contact details, or unpaid customs fees. In such cases, parcels may be returned to us by the courier. Upon request, we can issue store credit once the item is safely returned (shipping fees and duties will be deducted). We are not liable for lost or misplaced packages caused by the courier.


    Returns

    We hope you love your LaFit pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
    • Hangtags must remain attached.
    • LaFit packaging should be included to maintain resale condition.

    Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
